Match itself is nothing remarkable but as some of the earlier footage of Danielson it's an amusing novelty. I think the earliest match of his career, vs Rudy Boy Gonzalez, is also out there but I've not seen that.

I'm really liking how much he's opening up his style lately. One interesting thing I've noticed is that AEW pushes submission finishers as insta-tap moves, and since Danielson's debut they've used the Cattle Mutilation as the insta-tap but NOT the LeBell Lock. "Yes" is fun for crowds to chant and I'm sure some will always say it - much like "what", it's in the wrestling fan lexicon forever - but you can tell AEW is distancing themselves from it with the return to the American Dragon name and the YGGYFHKI chant in his theme song. I'd honestly be fine with Yes chants fading out altogether.
