I watched Oliver Stone's World Trade Center a while back. Looking at the cover, I'm thinking "cool Nic Cage is a fire fighter who fights the fires of jet fuel." He's a cop who dresses up as a fireman then is just stuck under the building for two hours and five minutes. That movie sucked rear end, all the good stuff was in the first 30 minutes, and even that was boring because they're all mucking about collecting fire equipment so they can pretend to be firemen when they shoot minorities, but then the building killed most of the cops first.

Supposedly a script was submitted for Forrest Gump 2 on September 10th, but then after 9/11 the project was dropped because it was no longer relevant. If not for 9/11 we could have had the Gump sequel where Forrest captures Saddam Hussein during Desert Storm and also causes the Berlin Wall to fall by punting a football over it.

I worked at a theater in 1998, and they had this song on the July music disc, and we all hated it. Then the August disc never came, so I had to listen to it about once an hour for 2 months straight. I don't even have to listen to it, because it's left an indelible mark on my brain that could be use for literally anything else.
