The NFL Scheduling person cackling maniacially as they write down the teams for the Thursday Night Football games.

The funny thing is, if this game was Texans - Jaguars, it at least would've had a chance to be really interesting. People wanna see the #1 pick, and the two teams are probably pretty even.

You know, like a funnier version of last week's Football Team - Giants matchup

So this is obviously a trap game that the Panthers are going to lose, right?

Road teams do really terribly on thursday night football, but the Texans with a rookie 3rd string QB? oh my god this could be awful.

Need to let sam keep that. It’s there every time.

Should always be a QB sneak with a kill to a handoff based on how the defensive tackles lineup. If they double up on the center, go to the handoff and run up whichever tackle gap you prefer.

Also I have not heard a thing about McCaffrey, so I wonder if my stream is like 10 minutes behind or what

Easy for me to say this now, but never really got behind this idea that this Texans team would be one of the worst the NFL had ever seen.

I mean, you might want to watch a few more offensive drives, it's pretty rough.

It's sans Tyrod!

But also like compared to Jets and Dolphins teams we've seen in like just the last five years? The Texans are a pretty ordinary bottom five team.

I mean DJ Moore has about 10 catches in the HIZ so far and the Texans offense is pretty unwatchable.

Unlike the true nightmare teams, they have a functional offensive line, so yeah, they can't be a true nightmare, but this is pretty drat putrid.

did everyone on the panthers just give up when cmc went out?

CMC's thighs are the only thing thicker then Mills' neck, so they're out of luck.

Texans gonna run the ball twice then throw a really lousy dumpoff.

TNF sucks rear end, but hey the Texans scored an offensive touchdown, which is more then I was expecting from them tonight.
