I'm making it a mission to have all the ramen in Brisbane. I've made it through a lot of the major ones. Probably over a dozen thus far. Even the chains aren't bad (Hakataya), but drat there's some fantastic noodles around here. Also Thai and Vietnamese. And burgs. Good food is great, it boggles my mind that it can be hard to find "foreign" foods in even larger towns elsewhere. Bizarre.
