Just dropping in to thank OP for making a loving awesome game. The iOS gaming thread did a great job of selling it to me (the screenshots weren't clicking with me) and at the end of the demo I couldn't hammer the buy button fast enough. Please enjoy my money.

Green heroes are so silly and so fun. I can't help grabbing them. I had an absolutely absurd double green team on classic hard. I had gotten twin. Rerolled the twin into a robot, which allows you to keep the other twin. The other one became luggage, which gave me insane items. I ended up with a robot having rainbow in the middle and endure on all sides. Giving a 4 shield all cantrip in the middle. The luggage had a copy all 6-8 tier items and sword 4 on the top,middle, and bottom. Which meant the middle pip endure, rainbow, cleave for 7 damage.

Loving the new update so far. Did some game mode unlock conditions change? I'm noticing some new modes that I didn't have access to previously (Heaven), not that I'm complanining! Also, is it possible in a future update, if it's not too much trouble, to lock the game orientation in the settings somehow? I disabled auto-rotate on my phone so when I launch S&D it always defaults to Portrait mode, even if I force the orientation to Landscape every time while in-game.

Hey, Tann, I was unable to get the exact circumstances set up to repeat my stasis bug, but if I see it again in the wild, I'll let you know exactly what happened. On another note, I got a random Level 0 power item that added Anti-Engage to my left side. That power was, uh... it was slightly better than level 0.

Had ago at speed running shortcut/heaven and got to almost 5 minutes after a couple of tries. That wasn't at all optimal though, I'm sure that closer to 4 is possible. Almost lost my first one when I got Inevitable as the last boss and had a load of pain sides on my team.

Two ideas I think would be neat: Alternate party combinations for other modes. Greens in Loot and Raid mode might be funny. Shades for petrified faces that relate to how close that face is to being cleansed. So light gray if it's the "top" face, a bit darker if you need Cleanse 2 to clear it, etc. I find myself checking this particular detail a lot, and it's never fun to long-press on a hero to check. Otherwise, this game stays amazing. Keep rocking.

Had a run that started with Lazy, Trowel, and an item from Luggage that replaces blank sides with Deal 3 + Death. Only way I could beat the first quarter of the game was giving Lazy the death sword and having him die every time turn, then get dug up. Won the run and he died like 25 times by the end. Voicing support for greens. At least on Hard, they have a lot to offer. I値l even stand up for Coffin, having an extra body to spread damage, hold items, and chip in can be worth missing on on T3s, if you already have strong/synergistic T2s (spellblade, fey, armorer).

Yeah Tann not sure if you've popped in yet but the last several pages are just people talking about how good Slice & Dice is. Great job with the launch and hope it's been successful -- had a 5 hour flight yesterday and basically played the entire time

Is there a quick way to put all 5 dice into the slots other than tapping them all one by one? Sometimes I see I've got enough to nuke the last baddie on one or two dice, and so I'm just putting them all in just to get to the stomping and a faster way of doing that would be nice. (For context, I'm playing the iOS version on MacBook so it's using the touchpad to tap everything. Also, did a run where I started with the Meddler and his constant summoning of Bones meant I had to fight more of his summons than I did actual monsters. Got to the stage where I had to slot the first dice of his that came up just to stop him raising more of the dead. And who was 5th in line for a promotion that run? That's right, our special boy. Ooooh it was frustrating. (In a good way, because dealing with this random stuff is the joy of a random dungeon crawler.) A+ game, if it ever gets a Playstation release so I can earn some proper trophies for it I will absolutely double-dip.

 Rip to my blursed run, slain on 288 by a slime queen with double damage chomps that it kept rolling on a party that had poor damage. Eventually you just die to getting forced to take heavy hitter curses, that curse at any level is drastically undercosted.

Choosing your party isn't really in the spirit of the core game, it fits perfectly fine as an optional "see what would happen if you had 4 cats and X" as it's implemented now. I mostly just play classic when I'm doing unfair because most of the other colour compositions just seem too inconsistent so far.

Got my first unfair win on the Steam version - feels like I've gotten rolled by RNG a lot of times. Ex: going for other enemies immune to damage and then running into a goblin summoner who pumped skeletons every turn I think I basically have the same complaints as the Android version - curses are very unbalanced compared to their point costs and some of them just create insta lose situations. Gaming curses isn't very fun for me so I don't think I'll ever get to the point where I can streak unfair or go for brutal/hell wins.

Not sure if anyone really cares or if the dev is interested. But I believe the Extra Credits twitch channel is going to play and review slice and dice today. Stream starts at 11 am EST. I don't know when exactly they'll get to Slice and Dice, because they're also going to be checking out a rouguelike called Talented at some point, but when they do, it will most likely be in the Slice and Dice twitch directory. Might be interesting to check out and get instantaneous feedback from a community that's big into game design.
