How does one normally unlock / enable Heaven mode? I feel like I've beaten a lot of things at this point but haven't encountered that one. I'd prefer not to use the Unlock Everything button.

I enjoy the progression of games like this that start off seemingly impossible and end up too easy (after a most satisfying journey!). In fact, I've enjoyed this one so much that I'm making derivative. But with words instead of dice. The more closely and deliberately I look at Slice and Dice, the more impressive it is. Good job, Tann.

Steam integration means Steam Deck. I would play me even more Slice & Dice on a Steam Deck. (At least until I beat Brutal mode again. That one's been giving me a lot of grief lately.)

Oh good, I'd forgotten about the Hand. Was worried I'd have to put this game down since I'd unlocked all the modes but that'll give me at least another long plane flight's worth. Here's hopin' the rumored 3.0 adds a bunch more Stuff.

I tend to pick Monster +Side curses and really really hope they don't roll a summon. Hell mode doesn't seem fun, though I recognize that it's for the craziest of crazies.

I play Magic on Steam Deck from time to time and having left joystick as fine-grained mouse, right joystick as faster-motion mouse, triggers as clicks, and a few face buttons as maybe special actions tends to work pretty good for mouse-based games.

It is my current quest and I will one day get there with cats. But a lot of the new curses seem like things you cannot pick up front -- I see no way of beating level 1 when all of your sides are made blank/petrified. And then I have to do some non-Hell run for a bit to try again.
