Anyone saying it was murder are dumbasses, the absolute least forgiving circumstances possible would be a manslaughter charge and only if Alec was the one in charge of the prop guns and blocking the scene.

Anyone who genuinely and unironically thinks he's guilty of legitimate murder at this point is really just saying they're more angry at him for the crime being rich and famous than actually shooting someone. Again, the best you'd get is manslaughter, but that wasn't going to happen, ever.

lol I tried to tell everyone that he'll never see the inside of a jail, ever. The worst he gets is 2 years of probation or something and a mandatory gun safety class and 100 hours of community service or something.
