what about it? Grand juries exist to prevent rogue district attorneys from charging their enemies, where the grand jury has to confirm that a crime likely occured before a trial can begin. in practice, grand juries are untrained laymen and DAs have wide latitude in what is presented. thus they almost always agree with the DA. the killing of Michael Wilson in Ferguson was spiked because the DA presented a real lovely case to the grand jury, which they dismissed.
