I have been looking for more fun youtube channels. I have watched a lot of “4k Train Trip through scenic parts of Switzerland” and “someone builds a thing in the woods” kinda channels. Recently I have been watching local public assess shows. •Carmen’s Banana Cooking• Ran on Austin public access from 1984 Each episode is a different banana dish (it gets to be a stretch pretty quickly) and this one features circus knife throwers for no real reason: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upA3BC_Xoeo •Puppetose Theater• This is a guy who worked at the public access channel in the late 1990s. He made a bunch of papier-mâché puppets and took them out in the creek to act out real bad dystopian sci fi, and other things. Best line from the 1999 movie The Valley of the Robots is “Soon we will be drunk in the bars of garbage town.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZE7mG48OTM Aaaaaaanyway I am looking for more bad channels to pollute my youtube feed if you have them.

Sweevo posted:I watch this guy restore old furniture. Every episodes is pretty much identical, but it's just so soothing... i am subscribed to this guy who mostly does strip and refinishing on thrift store MCM looking stuff. https://youtube.com/c/DashnerDesignRestoration i also appreciate that he doesn’t youtube edit, no quick cuts. he does most of the work in the driveway so if it starts to rain he just records the rain for a bit. in one vid he also does the whole process and decides it isn’t good enough and he strips down the whole thing and starts over and doesn’t edit out either attempt.
