Most MLS teams' owners, aside from your San Joses etc, have more actual money than the rules will let them spend (some have much, much more), so the cap flexibility from getting more Garberbucks is more valuable than the money for the success of the team, unless it's A LOT of money. Taylor Twellman is reporting Matt Turner to Arsenal this summer is done. Unclear on the fee. Gives New England time to replace him, I suppose. Better for USMNT in that Turner will get matches this spring, when Arsenal have a really light fixture load.

Apparently a bit complicated though - bello wants to goto Bundesliga it seems. Unclear if he'll agree to goto Belgium. Interesting situation for Atlanta, if they'll work with Bello on this or what. Also looking to send off Barco but as far as I know that isn't done yet either.
