I was going to use Vietnam as an example as well as Cuba, when both gave up things got much worse. Almost like it takes a worldwide initiative and the biggest economy in the world is screaming everything's fine!!! Just open up!! I think both gave up because they're poor countries that don't have the resources other countries do and need more capital unlike the main hub of capital - the USA.
