I'm gonna resolve to be more assertive and take care of my own wellbeing better rather than ignoring myself to make others happy. But to try and do that without being a jerk. And also to lose a little weight I guess.

i don't usually do resolutions but i guess i want to continue and build on the positive habits i've managed to develop over lockdown (playing music, working out, keeping my house clean, cooking more) and avoid regressing into my negative habits (sitting around all day reading people post about pee and poop on an internet forum)

I want to continue not drinking. Things have been getting much better since I stopped. Not great, but better I guess. I'm still doing ECT and might do it into beginning of the new year. So I'll be starting on a positive...ish..... note. I'll be starting in the YLLS Weight Loss thread again for maybe the 5th-6th time because I always drink the weight that I lost back on. I'm currently above my January starting weight by like 2lbs. So I am going to do the classic "lose weight and get healthier." I'm an expert at it though. I also encourage every other GBS poster to join us in there! It's a positive albeit not so talkative group. More people would be much better!

2020 - Got divorced. Got COVID (that's a missed goal). Frantically sold my house after working 50+ hours on it every week for months. Started treating my ADHD. 2021 - Got serious about therapy. Got really into bicycles. Hit my goal weight of 165 (I'm 5'10"). Moved out of the Midwest to Los Angeles (l8 losers). Started smoking weed again (a good thing imo). 2022 - Find me a bang maid (or really just date; I'm not picky). Get some drat muscles. Get a promotion at work. Maybe complete a few songs? poo poo, that's all serious posting. I meant to say "stop making GBS threads my pants" but we all know that's not gonna happen.

Just to keep on vibing  my new job has completely changed my mindset, in April I'm gonna finally be able to figure out who I am what I want out of life. Gonna take up running again in the spring because I lost so much weight doing that and I want to be there again.It's not so much a resolution as a goal I'm striving towards
