I sit at my computer to begin a day of posting. Deep breath. I press the power switch. I watch the BIOS screen and Windows loads. Deep breath. I move my mouse over to google chrome and click it. Deep breath. Chrome opens and all my tabs are ready and waiting. Deep breath. I click on the YOSPOS tab. I feel the spirit of posting swell within me. Deep breath. I click the post button and begin crafting a new thread. Deep breath. I am calm. Serene. This is my element. I am helping to build a new future. Deep breath. (x20)

whenever you catch yourself becoming mad at the computer, return to your breath. breathe in a little deeper than you normally would, then let it all out naturally. do this for at least a minute do not get angry or disappointed at yourself if you start to feel bad about the computer. having feelings is natural. we acknowledge them and allow them to pass as a cloud passes in the sky. by being at peace with the computer we are at peace with ourselves
