ArkhamDB has so many decks but never the exact thing you need. I'm thinking of building a Wendy deck to introduce someone else to the game, since Wendy has a good "Nope" power. Most decks online seem to be built around the core set cards, though. Are there any particular cards or combos in the first four cycles (all I've got) that Wendy really well? Fire Axe, Live and Learn, and Last Chance seem easy to use. Improvised cards are just a minor bump in complexity, and help mitigate the discards. Lockpicks would be nuts on Wendy. I haven't thought about the upgrades yet, but Stroke of Luck would be a total waste.

ArkhamCards app has deck-building with statistics and simulated draws and set filters. The TTS mod doesn't do any of that.

So, the perfect storm is you get this card into the discard without triggering it, with Short Supply, then you play it with Resourceful when you know everyone's about to draw a weakness or two at the same time, so that they all end up in the same pile and you don't lose too many useful cards. I can see it working only as a solo card, kinda.
