Hey, rules question: Tool Belt says to treat text boxes of attached assets as blank. Does this mean I should remove any charges from them? For example, if I have a Hawk-Eye Folding Camera and need a hand to play Old Keyring, do I remove all the evidence from it?

Anybody got any opinions on the side scenarios? I remember some not being good outside a con setting, is that accurate? Does it apply to the later ones as well?
