do you like rain? do you want to make it rain? here's how, if you use photoshop or whatever. step one. google a picture. let's try "beautiful dark shinto shrine"  bam okay so what's next  alright now what  yeah that makes sense paste the rain overtop the shrine pic but then what  gotta desaturate the raindrops i guess and then you add another frame in the timeline, and offset it a bit, extend the time per frame and pow  this is a digital rain dance, what can be raining is limited only by your imagination

oh yeah also a nice thing about photoshop beyond making rain on top of pics is that you can take something you really like and make it bigger
