Lady Radia posted:i like when companies have their own fab. i dont have a good reason as to why. i think it's neat. it's great right up until you don't have enough to make to offset their massive costs, which leads to fun things like ibm manufacturing the atari jaguar of all things just to keep the factory bringing money in (not sure if they were actually fabbing any chips for the jaguar but the principle is similar with any factory)
