It's actually incredibly easy to win WW2. Your first moves should always be to pick Rhineland and spam out as many basic infantry as possible - nothing but infantry and infantry equipmemt plus all dockyards on convoys. Mash the deploy button the moment you're allowed to click it and you should have 1m in the field by 1937, which lets you do Danzig or War and also Around Maginot. By this time train 1 paratrooper division, your starting air force is enough to drop it. Beat up Poland and the Netherlands but importantly, leave 1 state in the Netherlands alive so you can puppet them. For some reason this keeps their entire navy alive and you can just give them convoys to annex them and get their navy. You should be in a good spot to paradrop into one of GB's undefended naval bases and ram your entire army in there, take all states but 1 and puppet their navy, and same thing with France. Beating the USA and USSR is mostly trivial at this point because by the time you've done France, GB, Poland and the Benelux it should only be 1940 and the US should still be in the great depression and the USSR should still have their purge debuff, so the rest is left as an exercise to the reader.
