I'll need to double check, but the amination in the original is extremely Don Bluth. If it wasn't him or his company, then someone was doing a very good job of copying that style. It's very distinctive. ... checked, and while it is Bluth's company or people who worked for him at the time, it's Steve Oades who gets the nod in the opening credits.

The worst part is the two different art styles when they are side by side. Just look at the two mug shots in the newspaper! That and the VA work is... all over the place.
