sure is lonely here without plant monster. they would have really appreciated the budgie sounds I keep hearing from the treehouse . . . you know, the one I keep finding candy wrappers under, along with glasses that still have a residue of milo+milk that seem bafflingly similar to the ones that keep disappearing from our cupboard

standing near the treehouse making the suspicious budgie noises and yelling as if to someone back in the house: "what's that you say? we're having plant monster's favorite meat loaf tonight? wow what a shame he's going to miss it, and also the mashed potatoes he loves so much. welp I guess we'll prepare a plate in his honor and put it on the windowsill to cool off, along with utensils, a glass of iced tea, a fruit cup, and some millet!'"
