 I have nothing useful to add but just wanted to say that I find your thread really fascinating and the idea that people have a kiln at home still astounds me.

The white pieces moved around too much and show weird artifacts on the sides. I think slight irregularities from the cut got flattened out and they look funny. The yellow and orange didn't quite come out as I was expecting either. Oh well.

I think the pattern/structure created by the purple/blue shards is really neat, though, despite the fact that things didn’t quite turn out as you wanted.
