Pretty excited for the DLC next week. Played MK8 a ton on the Wii U, & got it again on Switch. Haven't played the Deluxe version in years. Its wild we're getting basically a whole games worth of courses added.

Coconut Mall was one of the better tracks in Mario Kart Wii. Glad it’s one of the first courses returning in the DLC.

Manoueverable posted:I saw a theory that with the Wario imagery around the track (nose + garlic) Ninja Hideaway was originally intended to be a Kat and Ana themed stage but got nixed by Nintendo because they just don't do crossovers like that for some weird reason. Kind of a bummer, could have made that track even cooler. Its always been strange that none of the Wario Ware characters show up in any of the Mario spin-offs. Mona drives a moped! She'd be perfect for Mario Kart.
