I think that Keane (and Chaoslord) meant well, as they are looking at this as a bigger picture thing, and not just the recent thread interaction, which I think is what Cloaca focused on. I also understand that Jump King (and Snooze?) can feel alienated by some reactions in the thread. Basically, this seems to be a case of people talking past each other.
