Technically I think the bill prohibits any discussion of sexual or gender identity or orientation. So whenever some straight teacher invariably mentions their spouse or whatever, that’s also a violation. I feel like the Church of Satan would be perfect for filing the ensuing lawsuits.

If kids are never taught about consent, they can never be raped! Is it because I don't have kids, and suffered with horrible sex ed for all my school years (pre Internet days) that I want loving full comprehensive sex ed, that includes homosexuality, and transgender issues and help, and lessons about consent and masturbation and why sending nudes to your bf or gf might not be a safe thing? Not for 5 year olds, but before kids hit puberty, they need to know about puberty.
