When I lived there is was effectively decriminalized because more texas have joints than guns. Texas seriously love them some weed

I'm not super fond of Beau, and stopped watching him at some point when he stopped railing against trump, but he is legit. my only real problem is that I'm not into the prepper mindset that is the core of his ideology, so alot of his stuff is about that instead of the politics that tend to be a good read.
