had a rough patch couple of weeks ago. it was coming out like mcflurry texture smelling like rotten meat. its back to its usual high quality now though  had a heavy night out with the gf last weekend and she ate something bad from a burger van and her poo poo looked like grey-green cement and she said she could feel something moving in her rear end the next morning, so could be worse

Been bad this week. Kinda mucusy and a dark color from all the Pepto. And it's not helping my hemorrhoid either. My guts hate me. Gonna eat a salad and see if fiber will help or if I'm just doomed to poo poo painfully from now on.

I had a double poop earlier. It was like I pooped a normal poop and then no I wasn't done and pooped a second time just as much. This is unusual for me and so I said man that's a lot of poop. Thank you

I'm on day six of a two week Prilosec cycle, so was getting pretty constipated there, but then last night I got a loaf of Angelic Bakery sprouted 7-grain and some blackberries and today I pushed out a thick, dense log that was easily over 12 inches. It smelled like death though, and took forever to wipe. Here's to another eight days of this poo poo!
