Tigerdriver9x sent out an email about all the orders that he ghosted on a couple years ago

Now on to what happened.

To make a long story short, my father and grandmother both fell very ill and I had to be a full-time caretaker for both of them. This had a severe effect on my mental health and time and as a result, my personal and Tiger Driver-related jobs like streaming, creating content, and shipping out merch took a big hit. Since TD9X is only operated by me, when things went bad for me it went bad for the entire brand. Most of my time was spent going between two different hospitals or watching over my dad and grandmother full-time when they weren�t at the hospital. This continued until last December when my dad passed away. Additionally, in mid-September, I had a house fire that took away half my possessions and I�m still at a temporary house as of typing this. It wasn�t simply having bad mental health that prevented orders or refunds for going out, everything around me had just shattered.

Despite having pretty much all the orders and products in my possession, I didn�t ship them out and that�s completely on me. After such a long delay, I figured it would be better just to give everyone a refund instead of a product they likely no longer wanted. However, all the money from the orders went to actually producing the products, extras, and products for future drops, so it wasn�t as simple as just giving everyone the money that was saved in a Paypal account. The profits went into creating the products, they just never got shipped out.

It was always my intention to ship out the orders, but I do understand anyone that believes I was looking to scam people out of their money and keep it for myself. I could have dealt with this better, but it felt impossible to explain everything that was going on, and felt pointless to say anything if I didn�t have the ability to give the refunds.

For the last year, my goal was just to make everything right and give people their refunds back. I was unable to make any real progress until December when I was no longer tied to having to be a full-time caretaker as a result of my Dad�s passing.

TD9X�s entire goal was to provide cool things for wrestling fans in a safe space and that remains the vision. I understand if some people are no longer supporting the vision or goal and I appreciate the support that you showed in the first place. I once again apologize for my lack of action and explanation and that this was an issue in the first place.

I just want to earn the trust back that I rightfully lost and be able to revive a space that I believe did a lot of good for the community. Step one is refunds and transparency. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to do both of those things.

In addition to a refund if you still want your product, let me know. Some of the products got destroyed in an aforementioned house fire but there�s still a good amount of merch that got salvaged.

Thanks! I went through my shirts earlier to see if I had that specific type of shirt to see which size I should go with, but I sadly do not. That's good to know about the difference in torso size.
