Android Apocalypse posted:IMO the most unsettling scene was after Amleth & his raiding party raid the small walled community in Rus, they lock all the children in a hut & set it on fire. I just saw the movie and this was easily the most harrowing thing for me. Just to be clear, one doesn’t see anything particularly gory here, but it’s a very disturbing scene. It invoked the cold opening of “Son of Saul” to me.
