Just watched it. I rate it 3rd out of Egger's movies. There were a couple of times my mind wandered to other things. This did not happen with The Witch or The Lighthouse. I think the pacing (?) was a bit off. Or maybe it just varied too much. I feel like the reveal from Nicole Kidman should have been more of a catalyst for something, and that the pacing should have changed from there. You know how in 28 Days Later there is a very dramatic change in tone and character once the main guy starts going Rambo around the house? That sort of thing. But I enjoyed it very much and I really liked the melding of the myth and reality. Also it was good to see Finchy back on screen.
