hey john, you have to allow screen recording in the os before we can see it. ok go to system preferences, security and privacy, the privacy tab, then scroll down to screen recording, click the lock on the bottom and type in your password, then click the box next to webex. yeah it'll tell you you have to restart webex but you won't. yeah okay there it is it's working.
