Vikings should NOT go cornerback again they suck at drafting CBs in the first

Glad it wasn't a CB, Cine is a nice pick. Vikings really need a free safety after losing that one dude

Same. Both should start (although Karlaftis needs to develop against the run)

Plus, in a draft with a lot of older prospects, getting 2 players aged 21 is a definite plus too.

Still a lot of interesting WRs left to pick up at round 2 too.

Belichick draft process:

- create a need where one didn't exist by trading Shaq Mason for a 5th
- trade that 5th for a 6th and 7th
- fill the need by drafting a 24-year-old guard in the first, two rounds before anyone thought he'd go

that is a masterpiece of mismanagement

I like McDuffie a lot but I just don't like Karlaftis. I don't know what it is but I just don't see him being successful in the league, I don't think he has what you need at that position. I'll be happy to be wrong though

Not sure if Johnson gets top 8 billing for me. But for sure a nice one. I'd love to see the Jets do well, at least give Zach Wilson a chance

#1 Jaguars Sunk Cost Fallacy-Haver
Jags went heavy into defense in the first round. There's been plenty of talk about Travon Walker, everyone knows who he is at this point--- a project with a ton of athleticism and a good amount of schematic flexibility. The trade up for Devin Lloyd didn't surprise me, but he seems like an outstanding player and a pretty safe pick who fits in exactly with what the Jaguars wanna do on offense. So there's potential for the Jags D to take a big step forward next year, but a lot of ifs still.

No help for Trevor though, and I really hope the Jags get a good player at interior O-line before the weekend's done, we're direly thin there with some penciled in starters that normally would be the 6th/7th flex o-line guys, and there's *nobody* behind them.
