"Tell that to Zod's snapped neck!"

Clark/Boston would be a hell of a one-two punch, everyone focuses on Clark’s 3-point shooting but she’s always at her best with a strong paint presence to get the ball to

edit: I’ve also heard a lot of local people mention that her SO works for the Pacers which would make going out for the draft and not taking her COVID year at Iowa more appealing

I've watched one WNBA game in the past 26 years but I will buy tickets for Game 1 of Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston on the Fever.

The WNBA has been truly excellent for a few years now. They are easily worth watching.

Tip off tickets already were pretty expensive, but today have jumped even more.

Indy was already a fun team to watch last year, this year it will be off the charts.

My objectively researched opinion is that Clark should drop to #3. I haven't looked up who has that pick yet, but... oh wait, it's your Chicago Sky! Well, isn't that nice.

They've done the calls and the big board and they are 100% sure they'll be able to grab Reese there.

I hope she goes earlier.

Way overdue.

Last few years the cuts have been really tough. Just not enough roster slots for the talent out there, and it only gets worse as we go on.

It’s insane to me that there are 3 rounds in the draft despite having smaller rosters and less teams than the NBA, what odds does a 3rd round pick even have?

Was at the gym when the draft started and when Clark was picked, we had about 12 people (maybe two-thirds of those there) around the television watching.

Text a couple of friends about how crazy that felt and it turned out that one of them was at the watch party at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. He said that there were thousands of people in attendance with people still waiting to get into the building.

This is so cool. In my lifetime, I don't feel like I've ever seen a sport turn a corner attention-wise like this so sharply. The closest I've seen is negative in the slow decline of baseball. I love it! Can't wait to go to my first game this season, even if the tickets are expensive as hell.

JUST PICK ONE. ANY ONE.
Looking at the Storm offseason, I see they traded a player and their 1st rounder (#4) for a 2026 1st rounder. Does anyone who more actively followed what they did understand why they did this? Was it a pure salary dump? Just seems insane to give up a 1st, let alone the 4th, in this super deep draft.
