Discord isn't really a community or a group identity. Old chat clients like AIM or IRC might've had something like that going on, but Discord's pretty much just... a way for people who met somewhere else to all talk together, mostly about whatever brought them together in the first place.

You can't really look at, well, anything and go "Hmmm, yeah, that's definitely from Discord!"
