If you pause it, you can see the picture that she was supposed to hold up on the ground in a later shot. It looks like a buff body-building woman with Sarah's head horribly copied and pasted onto it.

Surprisingly good episode. I still think the openings are trash and pretty much the least funny part of the show. I'm still waiting for that writing group to just move on. Get on out.

I've noticed that the show tends to get good around the 3rd or 4th sketch now.

Here's the pic, presumably taken from dress -

I like how Colin broke so much that what came out of his mouth so nonsenical, even the sub track just totally gave up on trying to log it.

Not exactly a huge surprise - the show's been overdue for a cast exodus for some time now.

Hopefully they don't replace anyone. Just let the cast shrink a bit.

I can't be arsed to ask someone to edit the thread title but yea, this is it!

Season 47 goes out with two first-timers, and it also marks the final episodes for cast members Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney, Pete Davidson, and Kate McKinnon, the latter of which is wrapping up her 10.2 years on the show, Bryant at 10 years, Mooney at 9 and Davidson at 8 (with how much he's been absent this year and last, I'd say it's closer to 7, but I digress.)

Lyonne stars in the incredible Netflix series Russian Doll, and also has a show coming to Unnamed Streaming Service, Poker Face. Japanese Breakfast are a pretty cool band that I've been meaning to get an LP, and are likely to play this recent single tonight

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX4NJxKXTbg

And word is that, for the first time in literally months, Pete's actually showing up for his job and is in the studio tonight! We're all so proud.

No Vintage tonight, as the season wrapped up last weekend. Why not watch an old episode on your own? I'd recommend Michael McKean with Chaka Khan (S10E04) or Melanie Griffith with Little Feat (S14E09.) Enjoy the show!

This alien abduction skit only worked once and it was classic but the SNL writers don't understand why it was a classic.

Yeah I was wondering if they'd do that since I figured Pete was a natural closer. To be honest the joke swaps are kinda played out, not that that's ever stopped SNL before, because obviously they're planned out and done in dress and I can only take so much of Colin going AWW MAN WHAT IS THIS ONE GONNA BE.

Was not expecting this to turn into Weekend at Bernie's Dooley's.
