most of my problem is everyone who knows what the 10k folders in the terraform repo do or how they work left so no one which magic words i need to add so that this s3 bucket i need doesnt just become an open invite for someone to store all their nfts in

hitting that button over and over is what sends people to terraform. letting everyone hit that button (or touch terraform) is asking for a giant shitshow sounds like your (company's) problem is there's a job that needs doing that nobody has, in which case the answer is do whatever gets you unblocked as quickly and easily as possible cause it's not your responsibility to make sure it's "done right"
