We had not left it yet, but when I would wake in the night, I would lie, listening, homesick for it already.

This is a proper silly season rumour

Why would Bayern let him go?

Can't wait for some xG nonce to try and claim pogba was a good deal in the end.

Quick summary of this guy?

I heard of him 2 minutes ago and can say, as a lifelong follower of his career, is he'll be better than fabregas and viera times 9000.

It’s a solid fit for Arsenal. At least he, unlike Lacazette, works pretty hard and could play across the front three. He’s got enough experience at the right level, is young enough and isn’t too expensive. Plus he’s not such a marquee signing that makes him impossible to drop. Nketiah should still get a good chunk of games. Good piece of business.

This is a weird take. Whenever I watched lacazette play I was always impressed by how much off the ball work and running back he did.

I'm a bit late to the discussion but I can't believe Barca are getting away with this. It's like that this week in Tory bloke who begged for donations for his leccy bill then posted about how great his new Tesla was.

Was Messi crying and saying leaving Barca worse the worst day of his life before his big psg unveiling on deadline day? That should be up there too.

Arsenal's recruitment as shambolic as I predicted. Stop the winger search because you need a midfielder, fail to land a midfielder anyway, end up with nothing.

How can you call it shambolic when the team is the best it's been for over a decade?

Who do you want who's going to be happy to be backup to saka and martinelli?

Agree up front is the weakest but Eddie has looked really good the last two games when he's come across the bench. There's tons of flexibility across the front and in terms of extra attacking threats (ESR) so I don't think it's a fire situation.

I'd have liked to have seen a DM because of the Partey situation but xhaka is looking incredible, elneny is fine and there's lots of possibilities such as zirchenko, white, ødegard dropping deep to cover injuries.

Arsenal will easily finish top 3 imo.
