Honestly 65% is pretty good. I only used [F5], which I can still do with the [Fn] key. You still get [Del], [PgUp] and [PgDn] and the arrow keys, and it's not too crowded. It's too bad left-handed keyboards are so expensive, because having the numpad and navigation keys on the left side is ironically more practical for right-handed people.
