My experience matched that. I felt the anesthetic being applied and then was waiting for the hole punch or whatever it is. I figured he was getting his equipment ready but then I saw the smoke from the cauterizer and was amazed that he was halfway done.

It took me thirty minutes to shave and it took him ten minutes to do the surgery.
