I had one. Easy peasy. I have anxiety, but I just laid my head back during the procedure and took deep breaths and it was over. Nth-ing just take it easy for a day or two. Wear some more supportive underwear. On the third or fourth day I helped a friend move which was no problem, except for at one point I hopped off a truck tailgate and the landing caused some unpleasant jarring.
