Entire visit took about 45 minutes; I legit could've worked (I WFH) that day if I really had to but I took the day off anyway. Balls were Randy Marsh sized for a couple days but didn't hurt too bad...more a slight ache. About a week later I went on a hiking trip with my wife. A week after that, I was back at the gym. +1 to everyone saying to take it slow and make sure you don't blow it before getting a negative sperm test. No chronic pain, no change in libido (other'n what naturally comes with turning 40), fun times nutting in my wife without worry. Top 5 life decision, IMO.
