I was one of the people who did have a complication. A blood vessel got nicked so I got a scrotal hematoma (I believe chances of this are roughly 1%). Lengthed overall recovery time to about a month. For that month I was quite swollen and rather uncomfortable. I was still very functional but I definitely had an increased intake of painkillers that month.

Even with the complication a would do it again in a heartbeat. One of the best decisions I've made.
