Mine went fine, but I had an issue related to an inguinal hernia repair that had occurred six years prior (the scar tissue from it was inflamed by the vasectomy). Obviously that's not a common situation, but if you do have the procedure and have any pain issues that the urologist can't figure out, keep in mind there is subfield of PT dedicated to the pelvis (which is as fun as it sounds)
