You're not going to believe how good an ice pack can feel.

And LISTEN to your doc when they tells you to hold off for a while before heading back to the firing line. That essentially pressure-tests the cautery - you want to let that heal a bit beforehand. Trust me there.

After that, get your 20 rounds in and never look back!
