The podcast Popular Front was discussing the potential situation back in early April of this year with a journalist that covers the region. Edit: Took another listen to about half of it; mentions of GRU/Russia start around 22:40; lots of discussion about Bosnia as expected by the title but significant portion remains dedicated to Serbia and tensions in the region.
