I mean, adding carbon dioxide to water does acidify it. This is known and acidic foods on the regular without a rinse after is not a habit that's great for teeth. I don't know how much that would transfer to the rest of the skeleton, but it does hold true for teeth since they're constantly in the line of fire.

Does it say what wattage microwave is expected? I might try a few of those this week, but the cook times definitely aren't calibrated for an 1100 watt microwave.

Conveniently, yes. It says all the recipes were "tested in a 600 to 675-watt microwave oven". It also helpfully specifies to use full power unless the recipe says otherwise. e: One more for now. Just putting microwaved eggs & bacon in a hot dog bun, as you do.

I don't expect that chicken to be as good as oven grilled one and having multiple cooking sessions in half an hour is really not worth the speed over the comfort of just sticking the chicken in the oven.
