Source: I had a proliferative mucinous cystadenoma that required the removal of my ovary, likely very similar in structure to this one but not nearly as big. They siphoned out several liters of fluid and I left surgery 15 pounds lighter. I cannot loving imagine having one that got that big

Something I've wondered, and I hope it's not too personal - if it is please please tell me and I'll edit my post and go away - when you lose that much weight essentially during a long nap, is it noticable when you're walking around for the first time afterwards?
