Are no context Twitter posts still against the rules? If so, that should maybe be stated more explicitly and enforced more stringently in the Ukraine thread (which is mostly very good).

Part of its intended purpose is to aggregate relevant situation updates, and embedded tweets are one of the more convenient ways to do that.
