The visual of the ring and Brock getting back up over and over is what people will mostly remember from this. That was actually a good show overall. Just not a fan of how they made Liv look and the Street Profits losing

Yeah, for it to be an official cash-in, the briefcase needs to be handed to the ref, the ref needs to confirm the holder is cashing in, and then the ref tells the ring announcer, who tells everyone that (MITB winner name) is cashing in. Theory never even got all the way through step 2 before he got obliterated.
