My guess is C. Trumps number one skill is abusing appeals and court filings to indefinitely stay any actual consequences. His packing of the court with people deferential to him will help this a whole lot; ridiculous arguments that other judges would laugh at, get approved by his chudges. He'll die fighting these charges in court and will never see the inside of a jail cell. If he loves to 2024, he's going to run and the Republicans will cheat him to a win.
