oh yeah, he's a thoroughly hollow being incapable of either satiation or any desire beyond 'more,' but as far as consequences for his actions are concerned? he's got the ironclad defense that nobody that high in government wants to let the genie of 'presidents are responsible for crimes they commit' out of the bottle
